License and photograph release agreement
I warrant that I am the copyright owner of the photograph and that I am of legal age. I hereby consent to the following:
Under the terms described in this document, I hereby grant to the American Friends Service Committee (“AFSC”) a limited, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to the uploaded photograph.
AFSC may use, reuse, publish, and republish the photograph, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or images, in any medium, including (but not by way of limitation) the Internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) promotion, illustration, education, and advertising.
AFSC agrees that it will not use my last name in connection with this photograph without obtaining my prior written consent.
I release and discharge AFSC and its licensees, agents, affiliates, assignees, and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including, but not limited to, any and all claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.
I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.
